- Please take note of the product detail description and product image, especially the color and measurment of the item before order.
- Product's color on the photo may vary slightly from the actual product colors due to different computer display settings.
- Certain mechandise might be marked as "randomly distributed" which means that buyers are not allowed to choose the color or style of the item. You may make note in the order form for your preferred color or style, and we will try to arrange it for you while stock last. If your desired color or style is out of stock, we will randomly assign another to you without further notice.
- Most pictures on the website are provided by the supplier, and there may be slight differences from the actual mechandise. Please inquire for an Actual Picture if you do have very high expectations on the item you going to purchase.
- Please do not expect the outcome based on the model picture without checking the measurement and colors. Please take the Actual Picture as the final expectation. Our Actual Picture will be marked with our URL (www.aishop.com.my) as a water mark.
- Most of the clothes in the website have not undergone the Washing Care test. It is advisable for you to treat it separately when you perform the first wash especially for dark colored clothings.
- To pay, you may transfer the amount to us by Manual Fund Transfer or Online Credit Card Payment.
- After Payment, buyer may inform us via MSN / Email by listing the Order Number, Bank Account Name, Payment time and the Payment Amount. For details, please refer to the FAQ : How to make payment.
- If you have overpaid us, we will automatically refund the balance to you in CASH VOUCHER. Cash Voucher can be redeemed as CASH, please contact our customer service personnel for redemption.
- We will start our parcel packing at 10.30am daily (only on Working days). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive the payment for your order before 10.30am.
- We may delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resource allocation problems. For urgent orders, please make note in your order form so we can do our best to carry out a special arrangement for you.
- If it so happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However, under certain conditions, we may refund you directly without prior notice.
- Aishop reserves the righs to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and weight of your goods. Please make a remark in your order form if any delivery companies will not reach your location.
- For Skynet Worldwide Express, you will likely receive your parcel in 1-3 days*.
- For other courier companies, an additional 1 day is required; you will likely receive your parcel in 2-4 days*.
- After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number by your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after 3 days, please contact the courier company directly.
- If you have given us an invalid address or contact number, causing the parcel to be returned to us, we will not pay for the shipping charges for resending the parcel. Buyers will have to pay us the additional shipping to resend the parcel.

- We provide 100% return warranty on all products you've purchased regardless of the reasosn being dissatisfaction or a defected item.
- The warranty is valid for 7 days after the order is delivered out by us.
- To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash form but in Refund Voucher which allows you to make the same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note on the calculation of the Refund Voucher.
- Unless it is our mistake for sending the wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Voucher to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges are not included in the Refund Voucher.
- Please ensure the item is not used and please retain the original packing and quality card. Any stains, scratches or damages caused by carelessness will not be accepted.
- Each piece of our online merchandise items will be scanned through our hand for quality inspection, and the quality marked on cards. However, quality standards are very subjective; minor stain/spots, off-line, lint problem are not summed up as quality issues. If you would still want to return, these issues will fall under the "unsatisfactory" category.
