我 的 Pendrive收 到 了 !!非 常 满 意 ,真 的 是 物 有 所 值 !!
我 是 个 喜 欢 网 上 购 物 的 MM,也 见 识 到 个 站 的 customer service.但 这 里 的 service我 真 的 要 给 100分 !
因 为:
1) 服 务 快 (email都 是 on time的 !!)
2) 考 虑 到 顾 客 的 保 障 ,有 什 么 不 明 确 的 地 方 第 一 时 间 就 立 刻 给 顾 客 知 道 
   例 如 : 我 订 购 了 1个 pendrive晶 片 但 订 了 2个 外 壳 .
               你 们 怕 我 订 错 就 email问 我 . 我 真 的 感 到 开 心 呢 !!
3) 订 单 上 的 资 料 很 清 楚 
    例 如 : a) 我 要 把 晶 片 安 装 在 哪 一 个 外 壳 你 们 都 有 明 确 的 表 明 
                b) courier service顾 客 也 可 以 很 清 楚 的 知 道 status,可 以 直 接 上 网 查 询 
这 才 是 顾 客 所 要 的 保 障 !
我 真 的 很 满 意 aishop,也 很 喜 欢 aishop!
我 还 会 在 光 顾 哦 !!希 望 这 样 的 service可 以 维 持 下 去 哦 !

I really like the items I bought. Can't get over the cuteness of the Monkey Sling Bag :DDD And I really like the chopstick and bowl set. :D
Please carry more items like the bag so I can purchase them! :) Love your home slippers too.

 超棒的服务与物品
真的没骗你们哦！

我是第一次在这里购物，
刚巧是遇到疯狂19，所以购得不亦乐乎！
但，他们的服务真的棒得无话可说！

1）有问必答又快速！我问了很多问题都一一在短时间内回答！不管e-mail或msn。
2）当所定的物品有不对劲时，他会先通知你，不自作主张！比如说，我订了四个指甲剪（注明不同款），但他会告诉我只剩同款，问我还要不要！其他网购，都是不管，因为都有注明随缘发的啦！

小小建议

1）可在购物车里注明物品还剩几件，让我们有心理准备了解要买的宝贝还剩多不多。
2）比如我买了pendrive，所需的时间较长，当我拿到宝贝要看回说明时，pendrive的图片通通不见了，要看说明都无出可寻！建议这类似的东西可先e-mail说明给我们！
3）介绍朋友有没有什么福利？如果朋友介绍朋友有什么“好康”的话，我想，一定会招很多会员进来这里！但条件是，新朋友也有购物啦！

刚收到宝贝不久，当我接收的时候，我记得不曾订购大型的宝贝，因为是个很大的箱纸。拆开来看，原来宝贝是不能折上来的。里面也放了很多纸张，保护了宝贝。看得出很用心也很细心。我很开心，很值得购买，品质很好。加油！加油！

I received the pendrive this afternoon, i like it very much.  i have one suggestion, that is enhance the pendrive become push-able, which like the mickey pattern, so that the surface will not be scratched. thank you.
