一支由abe与zee组成的双人组合。而此次这张专辑是他于2000年至2006年写的歌词与歌曲。在专辑的录制过程中，abe希望有个女声来演绎专辑里头的歌曲，就找来了鼓手-zee。
zee从小爱好音乐，接触过不同的乐器，如二胡，中阮，爵士鼓，吉他。由于音乐理念相近，zee加入了neuyabe,而neuyabe也从那时候成了双人组合。
由于大部分的歌曲都与生离死别有关，于是abe就将这张独立专辑命名为《纽约市优雅地离别》。
