All orders must be made through our website, we do not accept any other mode such as e-mail or SMS. 
Please refer to the step by step guide below to complete the order through the website :
  1. Add the item into shopping cart
  2. Fill up valid delivery information
  3. Fill up the voucher key (if you have any), for instant deduction
  4. Double check your order items, delivery information and total amount before you click the button to confirm
  5. Done! You will be given an Order Number as proof of your order confirmation


1 : Add the item into shopping cart
Browse and look for the item that catches your eye, click the button "Add to Cart" if you wish to order

After the item is added to the cart, click on the link "Checkout Now" to check your shopping cart status

In your shopping cart, you may update the order quantity.
If you wish to continue shopping, please click on button B.
If you do not have any other item to order, please click on button C
 
2 : Fill up valid delivery information
After you click on the "checkout" button, you will be asked to login or sign up as a member.
If you are already a member, fill up the login information, and click Button A
If you are new to us, please click on the Link B to sign up as a member. Don't worry, you will take less than 5 minutes to complete the process.

On the subsequent page, you will be asked to fill in the delivery information.
 
3 : Fill up the voucher key for instant deduction
A. Click Submit if you have a voucher key
B. Click "Skip to the next step if you do not have any voucher
 
4 : Double check your order items, delivery information and total amount before you click the button to confirm
Please tick the check box to indicate that you have read the terms & condition
Delivery information and your order items cannot be changed after you click on the Confirm Order button
 
5 : Done! Order is completed.
Please ensure that you have completed all the ordering steps until you see the screen below.

If a customer overpays the shipping fees, we will refund the balance to you in the form of a Cash Voucher.   1. Your orders will be processed on a daily basis on business days, which is Monday to Friday.
  2. The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 10.30am (Malaysian Time). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive your payment information before 10.30am.
  3. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent orders, please make a note in your order form so we can try our best to carry a special arrangement for you.
  4. If it so happens that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out your parcel. However, in certain conditions, we might refund you directly without prior notice.
  5. Aishop reserves the right to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company based on your location and the weight of your goods.
  6. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you of the tracking number through your contact email. If you are not receiving your parcel after the promised leadtime, please contact the courier company directly.
  7. If you have given us an undelivered address or contact number thus causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible for resending the parcel to you. You will have to bear the additional shipping costs for resending the parcel.

We will verify your payment within 1-3 hours. Once verified, we will update your order as Paid and we will process the delivery in the shortest time possible.

  • After we ship out your order, we will send an email to inform you of the parcel tracking number
  • For parcels delivered by Skynet, please check your parcel status through their website by keying in the tracking number into the empty text box area.
  • For parcels delivered by Pos Malaysia, please check your parcel status through the link : http://www.pos.com.my/v1/MAIN2.ASP?c=/v1/TrackTrace/MainTrack.htm
  • Buyer is responsible to contact us or the courier company if the parcel is not received after the promise leadtime.

The most common problem with online shopping is when you're not receiving what you've expected it to be. In order for you to feel at peace and confident with online shopping, we provide 100% return warranty on all products you've purchased regardless of whether it's due to dissatisfaction or a defected item.
Refund / Return Policy :
  1. The warranty is valid for 7 days after the order is delivered out by us.
  2. To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash form but in Refund Vouchers which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note on the calculation of the Refund Voucher.
  3. Unless it is our mistake of sending the wrong item, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Voucher to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges are not covered by the Refund Voucher.
  4. Please ensure that the item is not used and please retain the original packing. Any stains, scratches or damage caused by carelessness will not be accepted for returns.
  5. Regarding the return delivery fees, please refer to the chart below.

  Each piece of our online merchandise items will be scanned through our hand for quality inspection, and marked on the quality cards. Because quality standards are very subjective, tiny stains/spots, off-line, lint problem are not summed up as quality issues. If you would still want to return, these issues would fall under the "unsatisfactory" category.
 
Goods Return Reason Return Delivery Fees  
Change of mind / Not satisfied Paid by Buyer Buyer sends back the item to us, once we receive it we will generate the same amount of Refund Voucher to the buyer.

(Please take note of the calculation of Refund Voucher, Shipping charges not included in the deduction.)
Goods Damaged Paid by Buyer Although all items have gone through the quality inspection of goods, we have no control over the condition of goods during transportation. If the merchandise is found to be damaged during shipping, we are willing to let you return.

Please take a photo of the damage item and email it to us. If the damage is severe you will be entitled to a full claim, where you will get a Refund Voucher with the same amount value of the item you purchased.

If there are only some minor damage / scratches, we will also return you a Refund Voucher worth a certain amount based on the severity of the damage / scratches.

If you insist on return the item, the return reason will be categorized and be processed as "Unsatisfied".

(Please take note of the calculation of Refund Voucher, Shipping charges not included in the deduction.)
Wrong Delivery Paid by Aishop If you receive something which was not ordered by you, please inform us immediately! And send back the wrong item to us. Once we receive the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you. All delivery fees will be paid by Aishop. Similarly, we will pay the delivery fees back to you in Cash Voucher.
Repair / Warranty Buyer & Seller Certain items like pendrives are protected under our 3 months warranty policy. If the item you purchased is not functioning within 3 months of the warranty period, you have to pay for the shipping and send the item back to us for repair. Once the item is repaired, we will pay the shipping and send the item back to you.

If the item is malfunctioning after the warranty period, buyer will have to pay for the shipping fee as well as the repairing fee.
How do I return the product to you?Back to Top
We allow goods return for any reason. If you need to return the product to us, kindly perform the steps below.

1. Login to your member account, click "Check Order Status" to access to your order list

2. From the order list, click on the Goods Return icon



3. After click on the "Goods Return" icon, it will pop up a window as see below

4. Tick on product you wish to return (1) and fill up the reason and remark for our reference(2) & (3)



5. Click on the submit button when you filled up the related information

6. Then you may proceed to send back the product to the address below :

How do I use the voucher?Back to Top
  • Voucher allows instant deduction on your order amount
  • In each order only 1 voucher is allowed for deduction. If you have more than 1 voucher, please split the order or use it in our next new products arrival
  • Each voucher comes with a validity date; please remember to use it before it expires. Expired vouchers are not accepted by the system
  • Aishop has introduced a few types of voucher. Each of the different types have slight different in the calculation. Please read the chart below before you use it

  • Can be exchanged as cash. To redeem as cash, please contact our customer service
  • Expiry date can be extended if it is expired, please contact our customer service
  • Deduction is allowed on the total amount including shipping fees

Refund Voucher
  • Do not have amount limit constraint. Order Amount can be smaller than Voucher Amount
  • Cannot be exchanged as cash
  • Expiry date can be extended if it is expired, please contact our customer service
  • Deduction is not allowed on shipping fees
 
  • To use the voucher, just checkout like usual. After filling up the delivery information, you will be brought to the screen as shown below. Fill up the voucher key and hit "Submit" button


     
  • After the voucher is validated, it will automatically be deducted from the order amount. Please refer to the image below

How do I edit the product rating?Back to Top
You will only be allowed to add the rating for a product if you have purchased that product from our website.

 By insert the product rating, you will be helping other customers to make their shopping decision and it will help us to understand your satisfaction level as well.


1. Click on the "Member Account" link on the top right of the website.





2. On the "Member Account" page, from the left panel, click on the link called "Your Own Products".





 3. From the product listing, click on the link called "Edit Rating", and there will be a popup window for you to write your comments on the product.





4. After rating and entering a comment, just click the "Save" button and your comment will appear on the product page.


How do I redeem my points?Back to Top
1. When you make any purchase in Aishop, each ringgit spent will be accumulated as points.



 2. Points will be credited to you once your order is converted to "Completed".
** Your order will be converted to "Completed" 14 days after delivery without any returns.



3. You can always check your accumulated points at your member account : Points Transactions. All your qualified points will be recorded for your reference. You may contact our customer service personnel if you find any transaction is invalid.



4. With the available points, you can redeem your points at the redemption page.
Just click on the "redeem" button for the prize you would like to redeem. Once your redemption is submitted, please allow 1-3 days for us to process your redemption.



 5. If you choose to redeem a voucher, the voucher will be emailed directly to your email account. In case you do not receive any email, you can still check your voucher details on the voucher page
